A waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. Furthermore, our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or otherwise affect our ability to enforce such provision at any time in the future.
Feedback
If you provide us with any suggestions or feedback related to the game or other future games or content through any means (including upon request via features, directly, or through the app store) ("Feedback"), we are free to use such Feedback without restriction and without compensation to you or any third party. You agree that we have no obligation to treat any Feedback you provide as confidential, to acknowledge you, or otherwise provide credit, even if you indicate such restrictions in your submission.
